How the leaderboard works
Verified votes only. A vote counts once its confirmation email is clicked, so the numbers you see are real people, not bots or refresh tricks.
Live during voting. The top twenty primary schools refresh every fifteen seconds while voting is open, and the “on the up” strip shows the fastest climbers of the last hour.
Then the judges. The most loved schools go through to the final judging panel — so a strong community push matters, but a brilliant performance can still win it.
