What actually happens, step by step
Call, use a designer tool, or request a quote online. One of our own surveyors visits your home, measures up, and talks through options and samples — no pressure, no obligation.
You get a fixed written quotation for the exact specification — glazing, colours, hardware, finance options if you want them. The price is the price.
Your windows and doors are made to measure. Standard products typically take 6 to 8 weeks; bespoke items up to 16. We book your installation date in advance.
Our own trained craftsmen — never subcontractors — fit most window and door installations in a single day, tidy as they go, and walk you through everything before leaving.
Every installation is covered by our 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, with BSI Kitemark certified standards and a lifetime of aftercare support behind it.
