WHY WE'RE DOING THIS

Brackenwood has been improving homes across the South of England since 1987. In that time we’ve learned that the best salespeople aren’t always the ones with the longest CVs. They’re the ones who are naturally curious, who genuinely want to help people, and who aren’t afraid to work hard for serious reward.

The problem is that most companies won’t take a chance on someone without experience. We think that’s wrong, and we think it means a huge amount of untapped talent never gets the opportunity it deserves.

So we decided to do something about it. The Sales Academy is how we invest in people who are at the start of their journey, give them world-class training, and set them up for a career that can genuinely change their life.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

You’ll be out in the field as a Sales Consultant, visiting homeowners across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and West Sussex. You’ll be helping people make one of the biggest investments they’ll make in their home: new windows, doors, conservatories, and guiding them through the process from start to finish.

It’s a people job. Every day is different, you’re out of the office, and the harder you work the more you earn. For the right person, that’s an incredibly motivating combination.

You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. You’ll go through our full structured training programme before you’re out on your own, and you’ll have support around you throughout.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

This is where it gets serious. The OTE for this role is £55,000. That’s not a number we’ve plucked out of thin air. It’s what our people actually earn when they put the work in.

You’ll have a basic salary, a company vehicle, an excellent benefits package, and an uncapped bonus structure. Uncapped means exactly that. There’s no ceiling on what you can make if you’re good at this.

For someone just starting out, this is the kind of earning potential that most careers won’t offer you until you’re ten years in.
