We usually recommend you allow 6-8 weeks for our standard specification products. If you have chosen something a little more bespoke, installation might take up to 16 weeks.

Your project will be registered with our in-house team and then issued to our surveyor. The surveyor will contact you within 15 working days of receipt of your file to book a mutually convenient time to visit.

A dedicated product specialist will discuss your requirements, take measurements, offer suggestions and provide you with a written quotation.

Brackenwood are certified fire door installers. Our approved fire doors are tested to BS 476:Part 22 or BS EN 1634-1:2014 standards, and are fitted by fully trained installers.

Yes, we can help. We will need access to the property to enable us to quote for new windows, doors or a conservatory extension.

For insurance purposes we need the homeowner to be present during the appointment when we come to quote for new windows, doors and conservatories. We understand in some situations this may not be possible, so give us a call on 0800 25 35 45 and we will find a solution for you.

We use a variety of products for cladding, which can vary in size, material and appearance. This is often chosen when you order replacement fascias, soffits or guttering, but can be also carried out separately. uPVC is the most common material for roof cladding, however cement boards have a greater colour range and look more authentic.

As long as you pay the minimum monthly payment, you can choose to pay any amount monthly that suits your budget, reducing both the interest paid and the duration of the loan.

Your Rights to Repay Early or Settle Your Account

Whilst the maximum loan period is 15 years many customers like the flexibility of being able to clear their loan early. Whilst you commit to making a minimum monthly repayment you can make extra payments as and when you please.

You have the right under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to repay all or part of the outstanding balance at any time. If you wish to repay the outstanding balance early, please contact us on 0800 25 35 45 with your contract number and we will help you secure the information required.

If you do wish to settle your account, the settlement figure calculated will include 28 days’ notice and an additional 30 days’ interest. You can also contact the lender directly. Their details will be on the documentation completed and sent to you at the outset of the funding agreement.

The Maximum interest to settle your account is 58 days on the outstanding balance.

There are a few conditions you will have to satisfy before your application can be considered. You must:

• Be aged 21 to 79
• Have been a UK resident for at least three years
• Have a personal bank account in the UK
• Be the main applicant; the owner occupier, and you must provide a contact telephone number
