What happens when someone comes to my property to provide a quote?
When you arrange a visit from our team, a dedicated product specialist will discuss your requirements, take measurements, offer suggestions and provide you with a written quotation. We would also welcome you to visit our showroom to view the different material, finish and colour options in person.

What happens after I have placed an order?
Your project will be registered with our in-house team and then issued to our surveyor. The surveyor will contact you within 15 working days of receipt of your file to book a mutually convenient time to visit. This allows them to carry out measurements of the relevant areas in your property, for a perfect installation.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the [comp] showroom?
We want our customers to have the best service possible when viewing our range of conservatories, orangeries, doors and double/triple glazing. Because of this it’s important a visit is booked via our booking page, as this allows us to manage the number of people in the showroom at any one time. You are welcome to visit and browse, but please book in advance.

What material is used for roofline cladding?
We use a variety of products for cladding, which can vary in size, material and appearance. This is often chosen when you order replacement fascias, soffits or guttering, but can be also carried out separately. uPVC is the most common material for roof cladding, however cement boards have a greater colour range and look more authentic.
